Choose your ride
Two ways to ride, two ways to book. Most couples pick two single-rider quads so they both get to drive, or one two-up ATV so they can ride together. Groups of friends can mix and match, and every rental comes with the same route suggestion and relaxed pace (ask about a ride briefing). Not sure how long to book? Most first-timers start with a half day.
Single-rider quads
One rider, one machine. Each of you drives your own quad and you ride the trail together.

Make it an ATV date
Laughlin is made for slow weekends together: river walks, sunsets over the mountains, dinner with a view. An ATV ride adds one thing you'll both talk about afterward. Ride into the desert in the cool of the morning, stop for photos with the whole valley behind you, and be back in time for an afternoon by the water.
Our guide to things to do in Laughlin for couples has a full list of ideas to build your weekend around.
Why couples choose an ATV ride
It's active without being exhausting, it's outdoors without needing any skills, and it gives you a few hours together away from screens and slot machines.
Something new, together
Trying something neither of you has done before is one of the easiest ways to make a weekend memorable. Most first-timers are grinning within the first few minutes.
The desert at its prettiest
Early mornings and late afternoons paint the mountains gold and pink. You'll see a side of Laughlin most visitors only glimpse from a hotel window.
Fits around your plans
A half day leaves plenty of time for the river, a long lunch and an evening out. Nothing about it needs a whole weekend.
Easy rides, right outside town
You don't need to tackle anything tricky to enjoy the desert. The ground around Laughlin has wide graded roads, firm washes and gentle foothill climbs that suit a first ride perfectly. We'll match your route to your experience and the weather at pickup.

Where you'll be staying
Most of our riders are spending a weekend in Laughlin at one of the casino resorts along the river, and plenty come for a river trip or a show. Riders staying in Bullhead City are welcome too. We'll share pickup details when you book.
When to ride
Laughlin is warm for most of the year and very hot in summer. From fall through spring, half and full days are both comfortable. In summer, book an early-morning half day and save the afternoon for the pool or the river. Not sure which length suits you? Compare half day vs full day.
Celebrating something?
Anniversaries, birthdays, engagements and "we finally took a weekend off" all make good reasons to ride. Mention the occasion in your booking notes. We'll suggest a route with a good spot to stop for photos, and timing that leaves the evening free for dinner. If you'd like the ride to be a surprise for your partner, call and we'll help you plan the details quietly.
First-timers welcome
If you've never ridden an ATV, you're in good company. The machines are straightforward, the routes are easy, and you can ask about a ride briefing before you set off. Choose a half day, start slow, and you'll be comfortable within minutes.
